How your information is handled.
Last updated: August 2026
AE HR & Career Services ("AEHR", "we", "our") is a founder-led GCC Human Capital Advisory practice operated by Amir Elsherif. This notice explains what information is collected through aehrcareer.com, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
What we collect
When you submit a private enquiry or request the Gulf HR & Career Brief, we collect only what you provide directly:
- Name and preferred contact details (email and/or WhatsApp number)
- The advisory path and timing you select
- Any details you choose to share about your situation, career or organisation
We also use privacy-respecting website analytics (page views and general interaction patterns) to understand how the site is used. This does not include the content of any enquiry you submit.
How it is used
- To review your enquiry personally and respond about advisory fit and next steps
- To deliver the Gulf HR & Career Brief, if you have requested it
- To improve the website and advisory process
Your information is never sold. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and is not used to train external AI models.
Who sees it
Enquiries are reviewed personally by Amir Elsherif. Where a form submission service (such as Formspree) is used to deliver your enquiry, that service processes the data solely to transmit it and does not use it for any other purpose.
How long it is kept
Enquiry details are retained only as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement proceeds, for the duration of that advisory relationship and any legitimate record-keeping period afterward. Newsletter contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- You may ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time.
- You may unsubscribe from the Gulf HR & Career Brief at any time via the unsubscribe link in any issue, or by contacting us directly.
